What are your payment terms?

Payments must be made in Japanese yen by T.T. (Telegraphic Transfer, Wire Transfer)
We will send you our bank account information upon receiving your order.
It isn't treating payment by the credit card and so on.
Be burdened with the remittance fee by the customer.

Can I pay by credit card?

Sorry, at this time we do not accept credit card payments.

Do you accept payment in foreign currencies?

We accept payment only in Japanese Yen.

Is it possible to import a used trucks from Japan into my country?

As import laws vary from country to country,
you should check with your country's customs department. Depending on the country,
you may not be able to import some trucks models.
You need to check your country's registration laws before you begin the purchasing process.

Do your trucks prices include the shipping charge?

No, they do not. Shipping charges, which are based on the volume in cubic meters of the trucks and the destination. We will inform you about the shipping charges in our quotation.

How much is the marine fare cost taken?

The marine fare depends on the size of the forwarding harbor, the trucks.
Ask to the Customs in the country of the customer.

Can I insure my shipment ?

Insurance is not included in the cost of shipping, but if you inform us of your wish to insure your shipment during the order process, we can get insurance for you at an extra charge.

Do you give any warranty for the vehicles?

No, we don't give any warranty on used trucks, but we openly disclose the condition of the trucks including any interior/exterior damage, repair history, the distance the trucks has been driven, etc.
We report this information in accordance with Japanese auction level reporting, so you can understand the condition of the trucks you are buying.
