After we have confirmed that the trucks is in stock, we will send you a quotation,
and customer order form by e-mail/fax.

We can confirm your T/T only during banking hours in Japan.
(Banking hours in Japan are from 9:00 am - 3:00 pm everyday except Saturday, Sunday and public holidays.).

Please note that all bank transfer charges will be paid by customer.

After you complete the payment, please send us a copy of the T/T (bank receipt) by fax or EMS.

After we confirm the payment, we will proceed with a shipping process.

Once your shipment is on the ship, we will fax you the shipping forms,
and also send you the forms by international express mail (EMS）

There is a wide range of regulation in every country to the used trucks import.
Because there is a change by the state of the affairs, too, it is trouble but by the customer,
we request at the site and regulation confirmation.It doesn't accept trouble after local arrival absolutely.
We request in the understanding.

We don't refund any payments based on the customers complaint or request

■About the display of the price in the site.
The display price of the site becomes the price of [ FOB Japan ] and the marine fare,
the insurance charge to the destination aren't included.

■Term of tender
We export a trucks on an as is basis.

This contract shall be governed by the laws of Japan in all respects

We don't normally store so many trucks, we just buy and store what the customer really want.

Please choose your favorite and required vehicles from our stock lists.
And let us know which vehicles you are interested by e-mail or FAX with our stock number.
If you don't find your required vehicles from our stock lists, you can also send us e-mail or FAX to let us know what vehicles you are looking for. Then we will advise you the price as soon as possible.

we are willing to support your business and success our bussiness.

After we have agreed with the prices of your vehicles purchasing, we will send you the confirmation of your purchase and invoice by FAX only. With our both confirmation, then we will proceed your purchased vehicles to be shipped.

We do not do any security after shipment

All sales are on a first-come first-service basis. We cannot hold vehicles without payment.

Please check your country`s laws and regulations at first. You may not be able to import some trucks.
Any damage arising from the above matter fully belongs to your responsibility.
